A recapitulating email with the reference of the transaction and the order data is sent with sixty minutes of order submission.
Objectives
Enables users to obtain an order confirmation outside the navigation context on the site.
Possible technical solutions:
Use or develop a “caddy” system that automatically sends a order confirmation in the stated time.
Control methods:
Run a test order and check that the confirmation email arrives within the stated time.
