Description
Subscription to newsletters is submitted to a verification procedure.
Objectives
Prevents subscription to a newsletter by a third party using the users identity. Verifies that the user's email address has been entered correctly.
Possible technical solutions:
Send an e-mail permitting a definitive subscription through entering a password or clicking on a hyper link, etc.
Control methods:
Carry out a test subscription and check that you receive an e-mail confirmation.
