Best Practice N°178 - Level 2- Section format
Description
Newsletters are proposed in simple text and HTML formats.
Objectives
Enables users to access newsletters according to their choice or possibilities.
Possible technical solutions:
At least propose a chice of format to users at subscription to the newsletter. At best allow users to modify that preference later on.
Control methods:
Carry out two test subscriptions, choosing to receive the newsletter in text format in the first case and in html in the second case. Then check that you receive newsletters in the right format.
