Description
Access and use limitations linked to cookies being blocked are indicated.
Objectives
Allow users who can’t or don’t want to accept cookies to know the access limitations which are incurred.
Possible technical solutions:
If cookies are necessary to use the site, be sure to set up a system to check for cookies being allowed and in the case of cookies being blocked redirect towards a page which explains limitations. If navigation is possible without cookies make eventual limitations very clear.
Control methods:
Block cookies in your web browser. Navigate through the site and look out for usage limitations and associated messages, or for messages about the role of cookies.
