Objectives
Makes it easier for users to identify links.
Possible technical solutions:
Links can be made distinguishable by using CSS properties of font color , background color, underlining, boldness, borders, font family, etc.
In order that a link be distinguished from the rest of the content by users with color perception deficits it is necessary to simultaneously use a second method which is independent of color
Control methods:
Check the visual rendering of the site in a graphical web browser.
