Description
Access and navigation of pages is possible on a display that is set at 256 colors.

Improves compatibility with a variety of display interfaces, and anticipates on the challenge of providing content for users with deficiencies.
Possible technical solutions:
Anticipate by using colors that are sufficiently contrasted for menus, text areas, page backgrounds and links.
Control methods:
Set your display to 256 colors and test that navigation is still possible throughout the site.
