Objectives
Minimizes download times, makes navigation over low bandwidth or disrupted connexions, encourages administrators to optimize their pages and to warn users in the case of larger files.
Possible technical solutions:
Integrate this limit as a development rule and use tools that give page size. Provide miniatures for image files and state when a linked file is big.
Control methods:
